n 2001 Liz is a passionate interviewer and creative storyteller, both on-the-air and behind the scenes. She loves hearing a good story and will help turn your story into a success story. Relationship driven, Liz strategically leverages her extensive contacts to help build your brand identity both online and on-the-air. Liz is a multi-faceted award-winning director/producer for television talk shows, reality programming, independent films, commercials, and music videos. She is a Publicist, Business Owner, Spokesperson, and Journalist, with 25+ years of experience. Liz began her career writing news copy for NBC -WPTV West Palm Beach, FL, and ABC- WPLG Miami Beach, FL. Moving to New York, Liz worked for National Talk Shows, Geraldo Rivera, and Montel Williams, as a Field Director. She then moved to Los Angeles and worked for Studios USA, the Disney Channel, and Showtime Network as a freelance Director and Film and Commercial Producer. Liz directed and produced athletes, celebrities, politicians, union leaders, moms, dads, and maybe even some of your friends. In 1999 Liz, wrote and developed the original reality television series concept "The Millionaire Matchmaker" (Seen on The Bravo Network, Liz was not part of this production). Always tenacious, after being rejected repeatedly by US studio heads, Liz pre-sold the series to the UK's, ITV Network, and she was flown to England to develop the pilot episode. To promote the show, Liz appeared on multiple talk shows in the UK, including "The Rich and Judy Show,' "Live with Edwina Curry," "The Chris Moyles Show," and a multitude of radio broadcasts. The show did not launched due to 9/11.
Unbeknown to Liz at the time, 9/11 became the beginning of her career as a passionate publicist. Thinking outside the box to stay ahead of her peers, Liz purchased a hidden camera and snuck into the police patrolled area where the World Trade Center had once been. Happenstance brought her to Ladder 10 Engine 10, the firehouse which had protected the World Trade Centers and had become Ground Zero Headquarters. Liz directed a short film called "Ten House", and partnered withan Executive Producer for MSNBC's Brian Williams. Becoming known as the producer who was helping firefighters tell their stories on the news, Liz interviewed hundreds of firefighters and co-produced multiple segments for CNN. Liz volunteered to become a press agent for the Uniformed Firefighters Association, and arranged a Press Conference with Mayor Giuliani, arranging a group of fireman to ring the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange. She also and arranged for tickets them to receive tickets to The David Letterman Show & Saturday Night Live.
In 2013, Liz moved back to South Florida and began a youtube, Iheart radio show, called "Stay Alive and Fit, with Liz Goodman." Sponsored by Tenet Health, Liz interviewed medical professionals. Simultaneously, Liz began working as a publicist. Liz also partners with a Florida based production studio where she produces SEO driven News or Video packages, VPK's, and Commercials with guaranteed content and video distribution channels. Recent work includes: News article and publicity campaign for Private Care Association, featured in Newsmax: Writing, producing and hosting a pilot talk show about Divorce with award winning producing partner Kandi Amelon (Oprah Winfrey & Dr. Phil) and Director Duke Struck (ABC, Super Bowl); and Writer, Producer, On-Air Reporter for a news VPK in conjunction with a press release for the "Lewy Body Resource Center," and FAU's Dr. Galvin and the "Comprehensive Center for Brain Health."
